LockDown Browser on Test Day
This page is to help answer any questions you have about using LockDown Browser on test day!
If you have not already installed LockDown Browser on your device, please visit this page for installation instructions. If you have any questions, please use the live chat feature on our website! We are here to provide support from 7AM - 5PM EST on test day.
Students will launch LockDown and start their tests from their CLT dashboards.
If you have any issues launching the browser, you may need to:
- Install LockDown Browser
- Update LockDown Browser
- Close other programs running on the computer
