LockDown Browser on Test Day
If you have not already installed LockDown Browser on student devices, please visit this page for installation instructions. If you have any questions, please use the live chat feature on our website! We are here to provide support from 7AM - 5PM EST on test day.
Students will start their tests from their CLT dashboards. When they log in and select "Enter Test Access Code" it will launch LockDown Browser.
If you have any issues launching the browser, you may need to:
- Install LockDown Browser
- Update LockDown Browser
- Close other programs running on the computer
